Staff Growth Fund
Luke 10:2 says, "The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields."
Invest in Staff Fund
Since 1954, FCA staff have been launched into full-time ministry around the world. FCA Staff are self-supported missionaries who raise funds to answer God's calling on their life. In order to diversify our staff to reach different cultures, ethnicities and genders, we created a "Staff Growth Fund" to provide a financial on-ramp for new staff. FCA's Fund the Gap Initiative, helps serve economically disadvantaged schools by providing essential meals and sports equipment.
Invest in Fund the Gap
Through every meal and every moment of encouragement, you help creates an environment where athletes feel valued, supported, and loved. We know the need is growing. As we look ahead, we are praying and believing for God to provide the resources needed to continue this mission.
Our goal is to raise $20,000 by February 1st
to keep feeding teams, equipping programs, and investing in the holistic and spiritual development of the next generation. Your support—and your willingness to share this mission with others—will allow us to expand the reach of Fund the Gap even further.
