Staff Growth Fund
Luke 10:2 says, "The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields."
Since 1954, FCA staff have been launched into full-time ministry around the world. FCA Staff are self-supported missionaries who raise funds to answer God's calling on their life. In order to diversify our staff to reach different cultures, ethnicities and genders, we created a "Staff Growth Fund" to provide a financial on-ramp for new staff.
